1. Is it really private?
Yes. Entire private villa. No shared areas, no strangers.
Your own pool, your own space, your own rhythm.
2. What rates do you offer?
We keep it simple. Two options:
Standard Rate
Private villa accommodation only.
Includes housekeeping and on-site staff service.
Villa & Breakfast
Our most popular option.
Includes daily breakfast for all guests plus extended stay perks.
3. Is breakfast included?
If you book the Villa & Breakfast rate — yes.
Daily breakfast is prepared fresh at the villa for all guests.
Fresh fruit, continental and Indonesian options. You choose.
4. Are you close to restaurants and the beach?
Yes. All our villas are located in Seminyak.
Ocean Luxury Villas – restaurants and food court around the corner, beach about 3 minutes walk.
No scooters needed for daily life.
5. Are airport transfers included?
With the Villa & Breakfast rate we include extended stay perks:
3+ nights – one way airport transfer
5+ nights – return airport transfers
7+ nights – transfers + private BBQ dinner
Early check-in and late check-out are always a priority when possible.
6. Is it safe for families?
Yes. Staff on-site and night security.
Many of our guests travel with children.
Private villas are usually much more comfortable for families than hotel rooms.
7. Is the price per person?
No. The price is for the entire villa, not per person.
Many couples or small groups stay in larger villas simply because they enjoy the privacy and space.
