Based in the Beautiful Vale of Avoca, Garden County Trails provide guided walking tours of the most scenic parts of Ireland's garden county - Wicklow. We provide not only walking trails through amazing scenic areas but also impart a deep historical, natural and social insight of the region. Begin in Avoca Village (home of Ballykissangel) and come with us on a truly beautiful walk - that will not
disappoint - and finish in the old town of Rathdrum. On the way pass disused copper mines, glacial deposits, rivers and forests. In addition, the Avoca area has seen the recent re-introduction to Ireland of one our previously extinct birds of prey - The Red Kite, as our tour progresses there is a high possibility of viewing these birds once more.
