The stand is up, everything is in place and – if I say so myself – it’s looking pretty bloomin’ impressive!

A big thank you to my wonderful daughter, who pitched in yesterday to help me get everything ready, and to the amazing marketing team at Travel Counsellors for all their help with the design.

I’m really looking forward to a busy few days at the RDS Dublin Horse Show, with special guests, exclusive offers and plenty more happening throughout the show.

The Bhutan preparations have officially begun… and apparently I’m now an unboxing influencer! 😂

I’ve invested in a new DJI Osmo Pocket to capture Bhutan’s spectacular scenery – although whether my filming skills will do it justice remains to be seen.

I’ve also picked up a new pair of Salomon hiking boots from the wonderful Outdoor Adventure Store here in Bray. They’ll be getting plenty of breaking-in before I go, as I’m still getting my steps in every day in preparation for the trip.

Bhutan has been on my own travel wish list for a long time, so I’m looking forward to sharing the build-up and taking you along with me when I travel there next month.
