Today is Assistance Dog Day, a day devoted to spreading awareness of how dogs improve the lives of countless people living with mobility limiting disabilities and illnesses. A big shout out to these two beauties Oscar and Kyra who do wonderful work not only with their host family but also with hospitals and schools across Northern Ireland. These dogs are true examples of patience, kindness, trust and companionship. We look forward to their holiday every year with our friends Ashleigh, Gary, Katie and Alex.

It's All Ireland final day tomorrow and it looks like it's going to be a cracker of a match. Who will bring home Sam? Donegal or Kerry?

A big shout out to my wee friend Ruby from Lifford in Co. Donegal and to the Peoples Family who are all set for the game and are hoping Sam will be on its way to Donegal soon.
