Wat Lok Moli in Chiang Mai is one of those temples that feels different the second you step in.
What makes it special is the mix of dark wooden Lanna architecture, intricate details, and the old chedi rising behind it with so much character.
It does not feel flashy or polished in a modern way, and that is exactly what gives it so much charm.
There is something here that feels raw, historic, and quietly powerful, especially with the old brickwork and the shaded courtyard around it.
For me, this is the kind of temple that does not need to shout to impress, because its atmosphere does all the work. 🇹🇭
