We’re delighted to hear the Infants to 2nd Class had such a wonderful school tour, from baking cookies and making their own teddies to enjoying train rides and play zones. Plenty of happy memories were made along the way.

New Historic Houses of Ireland Grant!

Historic Houses of Ireland is delighted to announce launch of the “Historic Houses of Ireland Heritage School Tours Bus Grant Scheme”.

This grant endeavours to widen access to historic houses and museums across Ireland for primary and secondary school students through funding bus travel for school trips.

The Grant Scheme opens today, Friday, June 19th and will close on Friday, August 14th.

Qualifying applications would be any educational trip to a historic house or museum from a national primary or secondary school.

Qualifying applications will be treated on a first come first served basis.
