To celebrate we are running special walks on Saturday 15th, Sunday 16th, Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd all at 2.00pm. All walks will be at a special Heritage Week rate of €10 (normally €15).

We had a fantastic afternoon on Tuesday on our walk around the key heritage sites of Malahide village for Malahide Chamber of Commerce members as well as Malahide Castle and Gardens and Tidy Towns Malahide and friends.

We started at the train station and unveiled our new starting point sign which Michael Place of T***s Road Train very kindly facilitated. Thanks Michael!

We ended with burgers in Gibneys courtesy of Thomas Gibney and the team, as well as some lovely cooling lemonade!

Spend a summer evening discovering the stories behind one of Ireland’s most historic coastal villages.

*5:30pm – Guided Heritage Walk*
Join Frank & Brian from Malahide Historical Tours for a leisurely walk through the village, uncovering fascinating stories, hidden gems and centuries of local history. Whether you’re a resident, visitor or local business, everyone is welcome to join this free guided walk.

*6:30pm onwards – Business Networking at Gibney’s*
After the walk, Malahide Chamber members and representatives of local businesses are invited to continue the evening with complimentary food and relaxed networking at Gibney’s Pub. With any luck, we’ll be enjoying the terrace in the sunshine!
