Roundabout at Maurice Grahams is open again so all school routes will be covered and back to normal this morning.

Update : Due to the roundabouts blocked in Monaghan town still tonight especially the one at Maurice Grahams at the minute we will not be covering our bus routes to Monaghan secondary schools .
I will give an update approx 6.30 am in the morning if the roundabouts are clear or not.

Minibus Driving position Available.

We are looking to recruit a professional driver to join our growing team. We are based in Clones, Co Monaghan.
The position we are looking to fill departs from the Monaghan town area and returns to monaghan town area twice daily.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving mainly a Mercedes sprinter wheelchair accessible bus and working along side a bus assistant.
• Daily walk around vehicle checks.
• Fuelling and maintaining cleanliness of vehicle interior.
• 5 days a week 47 weeks per year .
• ⁠Hours are approx 7.15am to 9.30am morning and 2pm to 5 pm afternoon approximately.

Requirements:

• Full D Category Driving Licence
• Up to Date CPC Qualifications
• Digital Tachograph card
• Have fluent English
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality .
• Smart appearance
• ⁠Vetting required.
• ⁠Wheelchair training /first Aid / manual handing /children first certs are desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided .

We plan to operate our school and local link routes as normal on Monday morning the 5/1/26. However, there may be some disruption or delays to routes as a result of road conditions.

All our school run routes will operate tomorrow morning . There is some roads on the routes flooded so some pick ups may not be possible . Our drivers will try there best to collect each child on there route . Some buses may result in running late due to detours unfortunatly.

𝟭𝟳𝟲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. – 𝙂𝘼𝘼 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝 𝘿𝙖𝙮 𝘾𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨

⛹️‍♂️ Due to the Monaghan V Donegal Ulster Senior Football Championship match taking place this Sunday 20th April in Clones, the 176 bus will not stop at its normal bus stop (Clones Cark Park) until 18:33 & 19:52.

🚏 The pick-up & drop-off point for Clones passengers at all other times will be the Analore Street Stop.

School routes will be running the same as yesterday with some buses still staying on the main roads . Buses will not be going the Ture and Crossbane roads. I’m guessing it will be like this until Monday !
