A lovely little family trip to Bellmullet 🇮🇪

We stayed at the , had some really nice food, spent time at the , grabbed a coffee at the and finished the day at the playground ☕️🌊

Working in travel taught me something most people don’t realise:
The smartest travellers aren’t always the richest.
They’re usually the most flexible.
And honestly… that changed the way I look at life and income too.

Here are 3 ways being in the travel industry changed how I travel smarter:
✈️ 1. I stopped waiting for “someday”
I’ve met too many people who put off trips for years because of work schedules, limited holidays, or finances.
Time freedom matters just as much as money.

🌍 2. I realised experiences matter more than things
That really shifted my mindset around creating additional income streams instead of relying on one source.

🧳 3. I learned the value of having access
Working in travel gave me access to my own booking platform, suppliers, and systems and it completely changed the way I plan and experience trips.

It opened my eyes to how powerful it is to have tools and opportunities that give you more flexibility, better options, and more control over how you travel and earn.
That’s one reason I became open to building something alongside what I already do!

Some places genuinely don’t look real… and Keukenhof is one of them 🌷

Rows of endless tulips, colours that look edited, and the kind of scenery that makes you stop every few seconds just to take it all in.

We enjoyed exploring the gardens, visiting the onsite playground, photo opportunities, a picnic and even an ice cream!

I thought people were exaggerating about this place...

And now I get the hype 🇳🇱

I thought I was starting a travel business for the extra income and the freedom to see more of the world 🌍✈️

What I didn’t expect was the people.

The friendships
The team aspect
The people cheering you on when you win, picking you up when you doubt yourself, and pushing you to think bigger.

It’s crazy how one decision can completely change the rooms you’re in and the people you surround yourself with.

The business is amazing.

But the community? That’s the part nobody warns you about 🫶

We visited Leiden recently and had the best time. Canals, cosy streets, local markets, and so much history ✨🇳🇱

Moments like this make it all worth it
