If you ever travelled the Tralee to Di**le Rd, through the little village of Stradbally, near Castlegregory, you might have spotted this well known Kerry gentleman sitting on a bench watching the world go by. Denny Galvin was a well known fixture on his bench, waving at locals, chatting to tourists and saluting all who passed his way. He was always happy to chat and pose for a photo. Photographed in 2016 on a beautiful sunny day. He passed to his eternal reward this week and will be laid to rest tomorrow morning. May he rest in peace.
