Happy August 1 or “Lughnasa”, the first day of ’s harvest festival. Named after the Irish god Lugh, often associated with skills, craftsmanship, and leadership, is a celebration of the harvest, a time of community, and a reminder of the cyclical nature of life, honoring both the bounty of the land and the traditions of Irish heritage.

If you are visiting the Loop Head Peninsula, West Clare today then pop along to our friends at Pure Space for their Lughnasa Labyrinth celebrations from 8pm this evening (Friday).
