Great to see the enthusiasm and effort from everyone involved in the Walk for Water march next Saturday .

Remember we assemble in the Community Centre at 11am for the preparation of posters and then walk through Blackrock to The Sundial

12 noon
We meet everyone at the Sundial where we will have a short presentation and then will link hands along the promenade as a community show of solidarity, calling for urgent action to protect our environment.

🌊Met Eireann High Tide Advisory 🌊

Met Éireann advise that due to a combination of forecasted storm surge, tidal prediction and significant wave heights, Highest Astronomical Tide levels are forecast.

📅 Valid from 12:00pm Monday 25 August 12:00pm Wednesday, 27 August 2025
📍 Maximum surge levels forecast of 0.21m for Dundalk Bay and 0.2m for Drogheda
ℹ️ Property owners and residents at known coastal risk locations are advised to take the usual necessary precautions for this High Tide Advisory.
☎️ Flooding and road damage should be reported to the Council Office on 042-9335457 working hours (9am to 5pm) or via its Emergency Out of Normal Hours number 021 4824319
