Taste your way through Waterford City! Discover the stories, flavours and people behind Waterford’s fantastic food scene on the City Select Taste Tour from Taste Waterford.

Led by local guide Pamela Flanagan, this three-hour walking tour visits five standout venues, with experiences including coffee cupping, local dishes, artisan chocolate, international flavours and, of course, the famous Waterford blaa.

The tour runs from 11am–2pm, with food and drink tastings included. A brilliant way to experience Ireland’s oldest city through its food, history and local characters.

The Waterford International Organ Festival returns this September with a fantastic programme of concerts at Christ Church Waterford.

The festival opens on Thursday, 10 September at 8pm with the WIOF Chamber Choir, featuring organist Simon Harden, mezzo soprano Róisín O’Grady and the WIOF Chamber Orchestra, led by David O’Doherty.

The programme continues across the weekend with children’s concerts, international organ recitals, a unique silent movie accompanied by live organ improvisation, and a special trumpet and organ recital.
