Chris O’ Donovan Construction developed many sites from start to finish over the years. We arrive to a green field and are presented with the plans that will establish the type of home that will be built. We can then take on the role of project manager on your behalf and oversee all of the works that are required to make the plans become a reality.

Throughout the project we will keep the various elements on the project on-track and on-budget to avoid over-runs. Chris recently completed a large house renovation and extension for us and all we can say is thank you for a fantastic job giving us the house of our dreams. People say moving house is the most stressful thing you can do but not for us. Chris guided us through each stage of the build and made the whole thing run smoothly,

Chris provided invaluable insights and knowledge to us, reviewing and finalising plans with the architect, His experience and knowledge of every part of a build meant that he was able to answer all or queries and assist with each decision to be made. We have to say the team of tradesmen on the build were fantastic and Chris was there monitoring each step.
