Usually, we're the ones planning your trips — but last week, we decided to switch things up! Our team headed up North for a company trip with Tlalim Group, and it was a day full of great memories, bonding, and getting to know our newest team members.

It was the perfect way to finish a successful season, and a great chance to experience firsthand what our travelers get to enjoy every day.🌿

Looking forward to meeting all of you this year!

What a year it's been! 🍯✨

Tlalim Group brought more than ten thousand people to Israel and Europe this year — through Birthright, Masa, teen trips, volunteering projects, schools, communities, missions, the March of the Living, and more. We helped people connect to Israel and to their Jewish identity through unforgettable journeys in Israel and Jewish heritage trips around Europe. Every trip meant new friendships, new memories, and people falling in love with a place all over again.

Thank you to every traveler, guide, and partner who made this year so special. As we head into Rosh Hashana, we're full of gratitude — and excited for everything still to come.

Shana Tova u'Metuka to you and your families 🍎🍯

Recently, B**r Sheva hosted the first-ever large gathering of alumni, partners, and friends of the Masa Doctors program by Tlalim Group, spanning many years and cohorts.

Around 100 participants came together, including 60+ physicians — alumni who began their journey with our program more than a decade ago, alongside those just now taking their first steps in Israeli medicine. Over the years, the program has brought several hundred doctors to Israel, with 70+ of them building their professional careers in the Negev.

Joining our alumni were the Mayor of B**r Sheva, the CEO of Masa, the leadership and physicians of Soroka Medical Center, representatives from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration, program partners, and of course, the Masa Tlalim team.

Today, our graduates work in hospitals, ICUs, and oncology departments, serve as physicians in the IDF, and save lives every single day.

This first gathering marks the beginning of a new chapter: building a community of immigrant physicians in B**r Sheva — one that connects the experience of those who've already walked this path with those just starting out.

Introducing the Negev W**e Tasting Card 🍷

The Negev isn't just craters and camels – it's quietly become one of Israel's most exciting w**e regions. And now there's one easy way to explore it.

We're proud to launch the Negev W**e Tasting Card, the first product from Negev W**e Tours – a new platform bringing together w**e, hospitality, local food, culture, and authentic experiences from across the desert.
Instead of picking just one w**ery, the card opens the door to a curated collection of boutique w**eries across the region – from Sde Boker and the Central Negev, to Mitzpe Ramon and the Ramon Crater, Arad, and all the way down to the Arava and Eilat.

🍇 What you get:

• Tastings at 2 participating boutique w**eries of your choice

• A digital card sent straight to your phone – just show your QR code

• Freedom to explore at your own pace, 72 hours from your chosen start date

• A chance to meet the w**emakers, landscapes, and stories behind Israel's desert w**es

Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or just want to discover a different side of Israel – this is your invitation.

We're proud to share that our newest 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 program is now up and running - a career initiative bringing together young professionals from North America, South America, and FSU countries for a 6-month experience in Tel Aviv.
In partnership with מלונות דן • Dan Hotels, one of Israel's leading hotel chains, our first cohort of participants is already working across two Dan Hotel properties in Tel Aviv, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of hospitality roles - all while living, working, and laying the groundwork for a future here in Israel on a legal working visa.

This program combines real professional growth with meaningful cultural immersion, backed by the full מסע - Masa Israel Journey and Tlalim Group support system: mentorship, housing assistance, medical insurance, Hebrew classes, and more.

On Tu B'Av, love takes center stage💫

The day's roots go back to a story of reconciliation: old divisions set aside so the community could reunite. For centuries it was a minor, quiet date on the calendar. But in recent decades, Israel has reclaimed it as a day of love, a day to celebrate the people who bring us together.

There's something meaningful about celebrating a wedding in Israel, surrounded by history, family, and the people who matter most. We handle the planning, the logistics, the venues and vendors, so you can focus on the moment itself.

If a wedding in Israel is part of your story, we'd love to help build it.
