Dear esteemed guests

In this covid season as we continue to come together we understand that the health and safety are almost concern for our guests . We assure that your health and safety remains our most important priority . In order to keep covid protocol the following safety measures are to be taken ;

Ease of access Gloves, Face Mask, and sanitizer.

Check temperature of guests , if temperature above 99.1°F we provide medical facility.

Special seating arrangements for guests according to the covid protocol.

We Sanitize bedroom , living area , bathroom , kitchen , lobby etc.

Confirm the temperature of staff in every 5 hours.

Provide neat and tidy fresh towels, bedsheets etc.

Record the details of guests.

Supply disposal plates , straw and glasses during welcome drinks , breakfast , lunch , evening snacks and dinner.

Disinfection of common area such as kitchen ,dinner area ,lobby , bedrooms , floor ,hands of shelves , surface of chairs and tables, water taps ,wash basins,TV remote , storage places etc.

All rules and regulations are followed as per the govt instructions.

Service of staff is as per the covid protocol.

Respiratory etiquettes are to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one's mouth and nose while coughing/ sneezing with a tissue / hand kerchiefs and disposing off wastes properly.

Self - monitoring of health by all.

Spitting into the lake is strictly prohibited.

Before the entry of the boat sanitize all luggages.

Food handlers are trained on safe food preparation and service practices.

Effective and frequent sanitation within the premises shall be maintained.

Cleaning and regular disinfection of frequently touched surfaces ( door k***s ,hand rails washroom fixtures etc )

Deep cleaning of all washroom shall be ensured at regular intervals.

In the kitchen , the staff follow social distancing norms.

We follow WHO and GOVT approved covid protocol.
