“The most unforgettable wildlife sighting of my life was witnessing an exceptionally rare display of Tiger behaviour. It was a striking reminder that in the wild, territory and survival outweigh even family bonds even a tiger’s own bloodline can become its fiercest rival. The video shows Collarwalli’s female sub-adult cub lazing in a waterbody. Collarwalli sneaks up on her one step at a time, then attacks her. They fight furiously for a few seconds before the sub-adult cub retreats. Collarwalli attacked because her daughter was nearing adulthood and her continued presence in her mother’s territory was no longer tolerated.”
