NOW, more than ever before, people are valuing Travel Agents!!
Just a short phone call to amend or cancel any bookings. We are trying our best, putting in all the efforts to secure maximum refund from Airlines, Hotels, Transporters etc.
Our staff calls each airline many times to get through, they are then put on hold for minimum of 20-30 mins for each call even if they connect.
We fight on behalf of our clients with various agencies to get refunds. Our clients know that they are taken care of, irrespective of the time taken to process their refund.
Inspite of all these efforts, we know we are in loss but still we do every bit of it for our clients...
I have a question for all my friends n family who has got their travel plans done from online portals .... Did you get the same services from them? SORRY AFTER SALES SERVICES??
DON’T YOU think it’s time to get back to your traditional travel agents!!
Don’t you think that they are also in business and they too are entitled to earn some profits the way you earn in your business?
