দৈনন্দিন জীবনের অনেক কাজের মাঝে একঘেয়েমি হয়ে পড়ে । তাই একঘেয়েমি দূর করার জন্যে ভ্রমণ করা দরকার । আবার কারো ভ্রমণ করা একটি শখ । মানুষের জীবনে ভ্রমণের অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণতা আছে । নিজের মস্তিষ্ককে ঠিক রাখতেও মাঝে মাঝে ভ্রমণ করা দরকার।


ভ্রমণের কিছু সুবিধাও দেখা যায়। সেগুলি হলো:-
১/ বিভিন্ন কাজে মনোযোগী হওয়া যায় ।
২/ মানসিক চাপ থেকে মুক্তি পাওয়া যায় ।
৩/ নতুন কিছু সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান অর্জন করা যায

় ।
৪/ ধৈর্যশীলতা বৃদ্ধি পায় ।
৫/ রাগ নিয়ন্ত্রণে থাকে ।

উত্তরবঙ্গ ভ্রমণের মাধ্যমে আমরা পাহাড়ি জীবনযাত্রার সংস্রবে আসতে সমর্থ হই । সেখানকার রীতি-নীতি, আচার-আচরণ, জীবনযাত্রা, শিক্ষাদীক্ষা, পোশাক-পরিচ্ছদ, সেখানকার আবহাওয়া ও পরিবেশের সঙ্গে পরিচিত হই । দীর্ঘদিনের অভিজ্ঞতায় তারা যে জীবনমান নির্ণয় করেছে, অতি সহজে কেবল ভ্রমণ অভিজ্ঞতায় তা আমরা আয়ত্ত করতে পারি ।
