DMC Hub Dubai is LIVE. Officially launched today.

We are not entering Dubai to “try” the market.

We are entering Dubai fully prepared, fully connected, and fully ready to deliver.

After months of preparation, product contracting, technology integration, and on-ground planning, I’m happy to announce the official launch of our Dubai DMC by DMC Hub.

Dubai is one of the most competitive travel destinations in the world. Pricing changes fast. Inventory moves fast. Service expectations are high. And travel partners need a DMC that is not just present, but prepared.

That is exactly what we have built.

✅ Dynamic API hotel confirmations for luxury products
✅ Strong static hotel rates across Dubai
✅ A focused product and hotel playbook for travel partners
✅ Reliable pricing, quality, and delivery

This launch is not just about adding one more destination.

It is about giving our travel partners a stronger Dubai engine — faster, sharper, more competitive, and more dependable.

Vietnam Through a Founder’s Eye

Building Destiny, Building Vietnam | Saigon: The Final Leg

The final leg of Vietnam, for me, has to be Saigon, officially known as Ho Chi Minh City.

From a product-design point of view, I would not position Saigon as a complete standalone holiday. It works best as a stopover, city-hop, or final exit point in a Vietnam itinerary.

Two to three nights are ideal to capture the city’s essence the energy, the food, the shopping, the nightlife, and that final urban flavour before flying back with a complete Vietnam memory.

Saigon is a city of movement.

It is busy, fast, bright, commercial, and always alive. This is where you feel the urban pulse of Vietnam. It may not have the romance of Hoi An, the dramatic landscapes of Ha Long Bay, or the cool mountain charm of the north, but Saigon has its own personality.

One thing I would strongly recommend here is shopping. Saigon is genuinely worth it, whether travellers are looking for local markets, malls, souvenirs, fashion, or lifestyle finds. For Indian travellers, there is also good food comfort, with Indian restaurants available, which makes the city easier to position for families, groups, and mixed-age travellers.

The usual excursions like the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta are available, and yes, they are experiences. But I would use them carefully. For travellers who have already experienced nature, rivers, villages, and cultural pockets across Vietnam, the Mekong Delta can feel a little repetitive.

So instead of overloading Saigon with the same excursion formula, I would position the city more around its evening vibe.

And this is where Saigon really surprised me the evening cruises on the Saigon River.

If you are in Saigon, do not miss an evening cruise. This is one of the best ways to enjoy the city. You sail through the river, the skyline lights up, the reflections fall beautifully on the water, the breeze feels good, and the whole experience gives a premium, relaxed, and memorable vibe.

There are medium to high-end cruise options available. Cruises such as Indochina Queen and Elite of Saigon offer an upscale feel with good food, music, open-deck moments, and excellent photo opportunities.

The quality of the cruise experience is impressive, and it fits almost every traveller segment — honeymooners, families, small groups, incentive groups, MICE movements, and GITs.

Keep it for two to three nights. Let travellers enjoy the city energy, nightlife, shopping, Indian food comfort, and a beautiful evening cruise before they exit Vietnam.

Saigon may not be the emotional heart of a Vietnam holiday, but it is definitely a strong finishing note.

For city lovers, nightlife lovers, shopping lovers, and travellers who enjoy a lively urban vibe — Saigon delivers.

Indian travel agents, this is the right time to push Bali.

July and August may look like a softer outbound period from India, but in Bali, this is one of the most beautiful travel seasons.

It is the tropical winter dry season — cooler, less humid, with reduced rain and pleasant sunset evenings.

For travellers, this means better comfort.
For agents, this means a stronger selling opportunity.

We have pre-secured flights, hotels, and ready-to-sell Bali options for July and August.

No extra peak season surcharge with us on selected options.

Founder’s Eye Vietnam Series: Hanoi First Impressions and Market Positioning

Hanoi gives you a very clear first message: Vietnam is organized, ready, and serious about tourism.

Arrival into Hanoi was smooth. The airport experience was impressive clean, efficient, well-managed, and not overcrowded. Immigration counters were adequately staffed, movement was comfortable, and the overall first impression was positive.

For Indian travellers, this matters.

A destination experience does not start at the hotel. It starts at the airport.

Once you exit, meet the guide, and move toward the city, Hanoi begins to position itself differently from a beach-led destination. It is not trying to be Bali or Phuket. Hanoi has its own identity.

It gives you:

Culture
History
City energy
Vietnamese heritage
Local lifestyle
Food streets
Old Quarter charm
French colonial influence
North Vietnam storytelling

From a market perspective, Hanoi works very well as the cultural and discovery gateway of Vietnam.

The hotel landscape is also layered. There are good options for the mass-market traveller — value-focused 4-star and 5-star hotels that work well for groups, series departures, and price-sensitive packages.

But Hanoi also has a strong premium layer.

Hotels like Marriott, Sheraton, InterContinental, Apricot, and similar niche properties give the city a premium accommodation story for clients who want a better stay experience, better location, and stronger brand assurance.

This is where product segmentation becomes important.

Hanoi cannot be sold with one standard approach.

It needs different product layers:

Mass-market Vietnam packages
Premium city-break itineraries
Culture-focused journeys
Honeymoon-lite experiences
MICE and incentive travel
Luxury extensions with Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, Sapa, Da Nang, or Phu Quoc

For DMCs and travel partners, the opportunity is not just to sell Vietnam. The opportunity is to position Vietnam correctly.

Hanoi is not just a stopover.

Hanoi is the cultural opening chapter of Vietnam.

More observations coming soon as I continue this Vietnam market journey.

Vietnam 2026: A Founder’s Product Discovery Journey

One principle has always guided me in building successful destinations:

The best products are not created in boardrooms. They are created on the ground.

When we started building Bali as a destination, every hotel, experience, route, supplier, and service standard was personally inspected and evaluated. That hands-on approach helped us create a product that travel agents could trust and confidently sell.

Now, it’s time to replicate the same model in Vietnam.

From 1st June to 21st June, I will be travelling across Vietnam on an extensive familiarization and product development mission, covering the country from North to South:

📍 Hanoi
📍 Halong Bay & Overnight Cruises
📍 Ninh Binh
📍 Sapa
📍 Da Nang
📍 Hoi An
📍 Phu Quoc
📍 Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)

Over the next three weeks, we will be:

✔ Inspecting hotels across categories
✔ Meeting destination management partners
✔ Evaluating transport and logistics partners
✔ Reviewing sightseeing and experiential products
✔ Understanding destination positioning and pricing strategies
✔ Identifying unique experiences that Indian travellers will truly value

The objective is simple:

To build Vietnam products based on firsthand knowledge, not brochures.

I will be sharing regular insights from the ground—not just destination pictures, but practical sales knowledge:

• What actually sells in Vietnam
• Which regions suit different traveller segments
• Hidden opportunities for travel agents
• Product positioning strategies
• Hotel and experience recommendations
• Common mistakes to avoid while selling Vietnam
• Emerging trends and opportunities for the Indian market

If you are a travel agent, tour operator, supplier, or tourism professional looking to grow your Vietnam business, I invite you to follow this journey closely.

Over the coming weeks, I will be sharing real observations, market intelligence, and product insights directly from the field.

By the end of this journey, you won’t just see Vietnam through a tourist’s eyes.

Proud to announce the launch of our Q3 Bali Fixed Departures – Flight-Inclusive Packages by DMC Hub powered by Balitrip Wisata

For July, August and September we are launching structured Bali flight-inclusive packages starting from:

This growth has been possible because of the trust of our travel trade partners, our sales ecosystem across India, and our airline partners who continue to support our Bali vision.

We are proud to work with:

Singapore Airlines | VietJet Air | Malaysia Airlines | AirAsia

Leadership is not about trying to make everyone happy all the time.
And honestly, that’s one of the hardest lessons to learn.

People often think a leader has to emotionally carry every situation, every expectation, every opinion. But in reality, leadership is more about clarity than emotions.

Yes, we should understand people.
Yes, we should listen.
But decisions cannot always come from emotions.

A leader’s responsibility is to bring direction, solutions, stability, and effectiveness to the team.

Over time, I’ve realized don’t focus on becoming a “nice” leader. Focus on becoming an effective one.

Because when there is clarity, fairness, communication, and intent, people eventually understand the vision.

Recently, we introduced one day weekly Work From Home across our ecosystem.

Not because it’s trending.
Not because someone said it publicly.
But because we genuinely felt that even one flexible day can bring a better work-life balance, mental freshness, and positivity for the team.

Especially for working women, parents, and honestly for everyone.

Sometimes leadership is not about big speeches or big changes.
Sometimes it’s about understanding what small practical decisions can improve people’s lives while still keeping the organization strong and focused.

I believe leadership should bring:
Energy.
Positivity.
Accountability.
And most importantly clarity.

And that’s exactly how I will continue driving my team and organization forward.

It’s never only about how big we are becoming.
For us at DMC Hub, it is more about how effective we are becoming every single day.

Behind every growth story is a team, a mindset, and people who believe in building together. Grateful to have one of the finest talents working with passion, coordination, and commitment towards creating what is today becoming one of the most effective B2B ecosystems in the Destination Management space.

Proud of the journey. Proud of the people behind it.
And this is just the beginning.
