Day 1 | When Stickers, Radios & Intent Align

The stickers go on. The radios are tested. Roles are assigned. And somewhere between coffee, laughter, and quiet nerves, we became a team.

Later that evening, in a quiet corner of the mountains, we gathered for our first briefing.
Not just to talk routes and protocols, but to align on something deeper: respect for the land, care for our machines, and commitment to each other.

It wasn’t about rules.
It was about shared purpose.
That this journey through Zanskar wouldn’t be mine or yours, it would be ours.
