Dal Baati Churma - wheat rolls baked in desert sand, drowned in ghee and lentils. Warriors ate this before battle. You’ll need a nap. 🏜️

Churma Ladoo - roasted wheat, jaggery, ghee, one cashew on top. Rolled by hand. No machine touches this. Your grandma would approve. 🤌

Thandai - cold milk, rose petals, saffron, pistachio, cardamom. Literally means “that which cools.” One sip and you’ll understand why. 🌹
