Dear friends ,
It is a great pleasure in writing this first post on an auspious day like today .

The entire world is going to observe the international antidrug and illicit trafficking day on 26th of june 2018

24th june 2018 Sudarshan de addiction and research centre kharagpur in association with Govt. Railway Police and Human Rights council of India conducted a very big way today , the function was inaugurated by IC GRP sri Subhasish Banik and Smt Sharmistha Dhar , Dist president Human Rights council of India, the main awareness on Drugs and Prevention was explained by S Sanjay Rao Founder of the Sudarshan Center ,prem bazar kharagpur , the event was conducted with a Sit and Draw competition for children and station Scavengers , then the Pathanjali womens team conducted two street plays on Drug addiction and rehabilitation through the use of yoga and pranayam
the event was fully supported by bharat Scouts and guides who managed the croud , the guest of honour was sri Tapan Das from indian air force , who gave his valuable insight on Drug addiction and its effects on loss of work productivity and huge expence on the medical infrastructure on account of addiction which according to him is almost 300 percent
the event was well done by the members of Human rights council of India members ,staff of Sudarshan de addiction and research centre kharagpur and bharat scouts and guides , overall 500 leaflets were distributed to the general public ,sweet packets and gifts to children ,the programme was attended by almost 250 people in the Railway station area
