Greetings from Artopiah Team and welcome to the Kintsugi workshop happening (July 25/Saturday ) at Art Space the Space, Chavakkad, Thrissur (9 am to 12 pm).

This workshop is an attempt to co-create a safe, non-judgmental space where we explore the philosophy and aesthetics of the Japanese concept of Kintsugi through Wabi-Sabi activities, reflections, and storytelling. As you may know, WABI-SABI is about appreciating beauty and meaning in imperfect and impermanent things. We would like to invite you to bring an old or slightly damaged personal object to the workshop, if possible: we intend to find some time to share the story around that object (don't worry, if carrying that's impractical for you - we'll take it in a wabi-sabi spirit).

Please ensure that you arrive on time, as we begin registration at 8:30 am and will promptly commence the first circle of agreements and introductions. Also, kindly attend till the end of the workshop for a sense of closure for yourself and others.

The venue Art Space is at Pilakkal Plaza, Enamavu road, Chavakkad, Thrissur, Kerala.

Welcome to a beautiful space blessed with the art of learning and unlearning, set in a truly democratic environment. It's a safe, non judgmental community space where one can be their true self and explore deep into one's creative potentials.

The Emotional Aesthetics workshop uses theatre as a tool to empower and evolve one's personal qualities, professional skills and inner growth perspectives.
Storytelling, self expressive art, theatre of the oppressed, kintsugi, spiritual psychology and nonviolent communication are used in the process. Emotional Aesthetics workshops have benefitted several individuals and organisations.

We welcome you to embark on a journey of awareness and connectedness that envisions a more alive, enlightened and profoundly creative living and being.
