This was a hotel chosen by me, after reading trip advisor, i must thank people who have written positive about them, honestly felt like home, they have a wonderful team work, we stayed almost for a week, and get to meet and know all staff personally, especially rajat was a impressive young receptionist at front desk, also ajeez who took our booking was phenominal, though didnt interact much with siddique...he seem very professional while answering calls, the rooms are cleaned without your request...i must thank the housekeeper poornima, also the bell boy satish who helped us a lot, even the security narendar took care of us , as it was raining heavily he always helped us get auto and with all the time an umbrella...to lead us to the hotel...nothing more to stay...truly missing all of them...this is my first review since being member of trip advisor for so long...

me a hotelier myself, was shocked to see such a honest hotel with genuine intention to serve and understand guests...

no plastic smiles n grudge faces....finally an aam aadmi hotel...with wifi, buffet breakfast and wonderful location...what more u need?

trust me ...book here....u dont have to worry of anything....especially first time mangalore visitors...

this is truly an awesome place ...will visit mangalore just to stay there in 3 months time

they do have flaws but the positives are so much that...little things dont matter...as they know how to care n serve...the will...n smile of the staff....made it a truly homely experience...thanks
