Well deserved muffins after cycling for 7 km.
There are no cheat days when you lead a sustainable lifestyle and balance out calories. Specially for a foodie like me, I tend to maintain my fitness by controlling diet and by exercisong regularly.
You can have dessert every now and then, but make sure you exercise more as well.
I can't resist desserts and sweets, and hence balancing out is required.❤️
