We mourn the martyrdom of Imam Musa al-Kadhim, the Imam of patience and silent resistance. Imprisoned for years under the ظلم of Harun al-Rashid, he was ultimately poisoned in captivity in Baghdad.

He taught the world that true strength lies in sabr, worship, and unwavering faith even behind prison walls.

Ya Imam, your martyrdom remains a light for the oppressed and a lesson for all times.

A blessed message by Maulana Syed Kumail

📜 Quoting the words of the Holy Prophet ﷺ Muhammad:

يَا عَلِيُّ أَنْتَ الصِّدِّيقُ الأَكْبَرُ، وَأَنْتَ الْفَارُوقُ الأَعْظَمُ، وَأَنْتَ خَلِيفَتِي عَلَى أُمَّتِي
O ʿAlī, you are the Greatest Truthful One, the Supreme Divider between truth and falsehood, and my successor over my Ummah.

أَنَا وَعَلِيٌّ أَبَوَا هٰذِهِ الأُمَّةِ
I and ʿAlī are the two fathers of this Ummah.

عَيْنُ ٱللّٰهِ | لِسَانُ ٱللّٰهِ | وَجْهُ ٱللّٰهِ
