Terms and Conditions
Participation in the Yatra is subject to these terms and conditions. By registering for the Yatra, Yatris agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and rules set forth herein.
Yatris must complete the registration form and pay the advanced required fee for booking their seat. Advanced deposits are non-refundable
Yatris are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during the yatra which includes following the instructions of the organiser, respecting sacred sites, and interacting harmoniously with fellow participants and local communities.
Alcohol, drugs, to***co, ci******es and other prohibited substances are not allowed during the Yatra. Anybody found violating the rules will be asked to leave.
Yatris must follow the dress code and guidelines provided by the Organizer.
Yatris must comply with all safety instructions provided by the Organizer.
Yatris are responsible for bringing their own medications and necessary health supplies.
In case of a medical emergency, the Organizer will provide assistance, but participants are responsible for any medical costs incurred.
The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Yatra.
Yatris are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover potential risks.
The Organizer may take photographs and videos during the Yatra for promotional purposes.
By participating in the Yatra, participants consent to the use of their images in promotional materials.
The Organizer will collect and store personal information provided during registration.
Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of organising and managing the Yatra.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

Cancellations and Refunds
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Yatra due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refund And Cancellation Policy
Payments:
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival at the destination but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
* Airline/Train/Bus cancellation is as per concerned airline/irctc/bus company policy.
* Minimum cancellation amount is INR 2500 per adult once package is booked. (Deposit Payment won’t be refunded)
* For cancellations received 30 – 60 days prior to tour: 25% of land package amount
* For cancellations received 15 – 30 days prior to tour: 50% of land package amount
* For cancellations received 0 – 15 days prior to tour: 100% of land package amount
* Cancellation will vary during peak and super peak seasons like Diwali, Christmas, New Year etc.
* Chalo TirthaYatra’s decision on cancellations will be final.
* In case of Peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).
* Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
* Bus tickets cancellations will follow the operators policy
* Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
* Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy
* In case you cancel the trip after commencement, NO refund will be provided, we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Our Liabilities & Limitations: Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well being.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to any kind of natural or man made disasters, or act of God, such as, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
Please Note : We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, disaster etc.
By registering for the Yatra, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
