Our mission is to inspire and spark a passion for learning in our students, motivating them to excel in their studies. Last year, when we adopted Government Secondary School, Manmow with the goal of uplifting the standard of education and ensuring no student is left behind. Today, we’re proud to share the incredible results of that effort — not a single student failed this year, and the pass percentage has jumped from a mere 21% to a staggering 58%!

A big shoutout to Dil Kumar Dorjee, who went above and beyond by tutoring the students before and after school hours. His dedication, along with the consistent support from our team and the cooperation of the school staff, has made this possible.

We also proudly congratulate the top three performers of the school this year:

1. Miss Ladli Rajak – 90.6%
2. Nang Anjona Chowhai – 90.2%
3. Mr Torun Borah– 75.6%

We had the privilege of visiting Government Higher Secondary School, Lathao, and Government Higher Secondary School, Namsai, to encourage and motivate students for their upcoming board examinations. During our visit, we interacted with the students, offering words of inspiration and reminding them of their potential to succeed.

To support them in their preparations, we also distributed essential stationery, ensuring they have the necessary resources for their exams. This initiative was made even more special by the generous contributions of Chau Kohana Chowpoo and Tai Hut Restaurant, whose unwavering support demonstrated their deep concern for the welfare of our student community.

We, at ANDSU, remain committed to supporting students and fostering a positive academic environment. As they approach their exams, we extend our best wishes and stand by them in their journey toward success.

The All Namsai District Students’ Union (ANDSU) is pleased to inform the public of Namsai District that the district administration has finally responded to our demand for accountability by dismantling the illegal wall constructed by Arunachal Pradesh State Transport employee N. Potom behind his designated living quarters.

This action is a significant step towards upholding the rule of law and sending a clear message to those who dare to encroach on government or public land. However, we strongly emphasize that justice will only be complete when N. Potom is transferred out of Namsai District.

ANDSU unequivocally condemns all government employees who exploit their positions to encroach on land illegally. Let this serve as a warning: we will not tolerate such acts of greed and lawlessness. We will uncover every instance of illegal encroachment, and those responsible will face the full force of our collective resolve. The days of abusing public trust are over.

We stand committed to ensuring that justice prevails and will not rest until every encroacher is held accountable.

We organized an interactive meeting with all the Anganwadi workers of Namsai at the Town Club, Namsai. The meeting was aimed at discussing and identifying ways to enhance the functioning of Anganwadi centers across the district.

The event was graced by the presence of Miss Miti Siboh, the Child Development Project Officer, Namsai District offering her expertise and ensuring the active participation of Anganwadi workers. Notably, the meeting was also attended by AAPSU members Chau Sengkhun Manchey and Chow Miling Khangkio , whose presence added significant value to the discussions. Their support and contributions were appreciated by all present.

During the meeting, Anganwadi workers shared their experiences and challenges, which provided a comprehensive understanding of the current state of the centers. The discussions focused on practical solutions to improve the quality of care and support provided to children and families in the district.

Overall, the meeting was a success, fostering a spirit of cooperation and laying the groundwork for future initiatives aimed at strengthening the Anganwadi system in the district.
