A boy from Gujarat and our dreams!
One day a boy woke up to his dream of making the world a healthy, wealthy and happy place. He was amused. He was confused. He liked the idea but the ‘how’ was intriguing. His only accompaniment at that moment was the joy that he experienced being the son of an accomplished builder in Gujarat. He had nothing beyond or behind it. But, he knew he had himself and it made all the difference.
He packed his bags and landed in Mumbai. The land, they say, echoes the dreams of a billion souls who came the same way; some are happy and blissful echoes while some are desolate cries of heart-wrenching pathos. Nevertheless, it was the land of a billion dreams and he was destined to be here. But, what will a school drop-out do in this sophisticated maze of concrete jungle and ultra-modern lifestyle?
The time will decide that and the boy knew it. His only contribution to it was to tame the time and make it happen for him in the way he wanted it. May be this is the subtle difference between the common-man and the kings. The kings mastered the art of taming; taming horses and elephants, taming the enemies, taming the revolts and eventually the time. The boy knew it.
He knew the power principles. He never studied them. He was born with them. He started his life support system by taking the job of an office boy in a realty and construction company. He studied the nuances of the industry by being near to it, from the shortest distance possible. He knew what makes a building. He understood what makes customers buy. He disciplined himself from being consumed by sudden explosion of wealth and happiness. He enrolled himself into the institution called life and became its devoted student. The devotion paid off.
The investors came to support the boy, now a man, to enter the same maze of concrete jungle which welcomed him the day one he entered the city. This time he did not enter it as a passer-by. He built it. He became a realty entrepreneur. But, something still, haunted the man’s mind. The emptiness was deafening. He started the journey to define it.
His definitions are simple. His exclusions are magnanimous. He excluded the jungle from concrete jungle. He made it more human. He defined giving and appreciated its value to more. He resurrected the happiness in human inhabitation and solved the maze. He made his presence speak by actions, not by words. Thus, was born ‘Hansar Nirman’ as the harbinger of happy life.
It is not a one-more realty and construction company. Its the realization of every person’s dream to live happy, create prosperity and enjoy his creation. The journey has begun. The time has arrived. The dawn is in its full vigour and shine but the dreams cease to stop, because they are no longer dreams. They are a reality now.
Vinesh Limbani is the man and his only mission in life is to make everyone’s dream to live happy, healthy and wealth, come true. The time shall decide how many can get the pie but as I said this man knows how to tame the time!
