International Airport Set for a Major Expansion ✈️🇮🇳

India’s airport infrastructure continues to grow, with Thiruvananthapuram International Airport taking another significant step toward enhancing passenger experience and operational capacity.

The airport has invited tenders for an ambitious USD 315 million expansion project, which will modernize the airport while keeping operations fully functional throughout the construction period.

Project Highlights:

✈️ Expanded aircraft apron and taxiways
📦 Modern cargo handling facilities
🚗 Upgraded landside infrastructure
📅 Construction Timeline: November 2027 – July 2030
