1.Request for RFQ from customer.
2.New Customer Addition
3.Customer Assessment & On boarding
4.Customer communication & Customer satisfaction
5. Digital Marketing
6.Coordination with PPC related to challenges of customer for supply plan
7.Delivery performance challenges to be discussed with Internal team as per the client demand
8.Ensuring sales as per the sales plan.
9.Statistical analysis of sales - routine work
10.Metal rate revisions & sharing on timely basis
11.Ensuring proper database of quotations, RFQ managements, metal rate revisions and other related analysis
12.Sharing export demands with the team on weekly basis.
13.Ensuring meeting timeline for NPD
14.Identification of cost saving opportunity and ensuring fulfillment & implementation
