We couldn't be excited any more than this in announcing our next trip to HarishChandra Gadh.

The fort is situated in Ahmednagar district in Maharashtra. The origin of this fort is said to be around 6th century, which also finds its mention in many puranas. The trek to the peak includes several breathtaking views. Other places of interest nearby the fort include Saptatirtha Pushkarni, Kedareshwar cave, Kokan Kada, Taramati peak, many caves and temples.

While reading the basic skills a traveller should have we came across following points:-
1. Haggling (most of us are natural at it, but still)
2. Changing a flat tire
3. Use a square toilet
4. Estimating conversions (Km to Miles, Celcius to Fahrenheit etc)
5. Learning local language
6. Mos importantly - A healthy body. Strive for it. You will thank yourself later

These we felt are not just the skills for a traveller, but also the basic survival skills for everyone which our education system so miserably fails to teach (Though it teaches many other skills).

So our aim for this post is to encourage you to take hold of the first opportunity to learn these skills, and maybe comment below the snapshot/video link of yourself doing such task.
