Mango is the only thing I’m enjoying about this summer heat and this Aamingo dessert from was the first mango treat I ordered for myself after returning from the US. It did not disappoint!

Come, attend the Glenfiddich Master Whiskey tour with me at their one and only distillery in Speyside Scotland.

Single Malt Whiskey means-
Single = from one single distillery
Malt = from malted barley

Image 3 shows the fermentation process and 4 is the distilling process.

We got to make our own single malt using whiskey of different flavours (bourbon barrel, new oak and sherry barrel) and I can’t wait to try my own blend!

Unmissable and super accessible must haves from Jaipur:

1. Lassi from S Lassiwala
2. Omelette from Narayana Egg Center (so good!)
3. Pani Puri with assorted waters from the stall across Man Sagar Lake (Rajwadi is my personal favourite)
4. Dessert from at hotel Clarks Amer (top recommendation)
5. A local biscuit called ‘fan’ — a flaky buttery accompaniment to tea, a lot like khari biscuit

A morning safari in Jaipur is one of the best things money can buy you. From the cool morning breeze, the picturesque drive in a jeep to the animal sightings — the experience is one that refreshes you. You’re forced to forget your worldly woes and immerse yourself in nature, one of the most liberating feelings in the world.

We had the fortune of spotting leopards, peacocks, deer and beautiful birds.
