Hi! Anurag, im writing this review of the tour to Switzerland that we took with your company Disha Tours a bit late but trust me i wanted to write a review which actually justified the efforts you and your team did to make us as comfortable as possible during the trip.
Starting from the day we initiated the process for Switzerland visas to the time we arrived back everything was seamlessly managed by you.
The 8 day tour to Switzerland that had the destination of our choices with selections of hotels thoughtfully done by you were a great help to us. The best was that you kept all information updated on a handy whatsap group that had every smallest details with daily updates on next day plan and how to go about it is immensely appreciated. Not just that you and your team were just a call or msg away and to all our smallest queries your reponsiveness was immediate. We highly appreciate this systematic way of your tour organising.
Though our family has traveled through your tours in past as well but this journey will specifically be a memorable one for reasons that we could see the beautiful country like Switzerland the tour for which was planned, budgeted and rightly organised looking to our travel and stay preferences, food liking, time on hand, etc.while keeping everything on track for us till the tour ended. Not only this you even entertained any of our last minute demands like looking for a day tour on last day when we were free.
We have come back and Swarna will also reach Toronto by tomorrow evening but all of us carry the good memories of the trip and we convey a big thanks to you and your team for making this happen.
Look forward to having you organise more such trips for us in future.
