• Reporting To: Regional Head / Director – Sales
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify & onboard new B2B travel agents and tour operators
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Promote DMC services, group tours, FITs & customized travel products
• Conduct sales presentations, product training & destination sessions
• Participate in trade events, roadshows & exhibitions
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets (KPIs)
• Coordinate with operations for smooth booking ex*****on
• Provide sales reports, market feedback & competitor insights
🎯 Required Skills & Experience:
• 4–5 years in B2B travel sales (DMC/tour operator preferred)
• Strong network of travel agents in your region
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Proactive, target-driven & self-motivated
• Willing to travel for meetings & market visits
• Proficiency in English, Hindi & regional language
• Must possess a 2-wheeler / 4-wheeler
