In 2022, after the challenges brought by the Covid-19 pandemic, Mount Hotels re-embarked on its journey with 4 locations, featuring 2 hotels in Silliguri, 1 in Darjeeling, and 1 in Gangtok.

Recognizing the unique beauty of the region, CEO Sachin Agarwal envisioned creating a circuit that would make life at Mount beautiful and adventurous knowing that hospitality is all about people, ensuring the mount hotels circuit a hassle-free booking and a beautiful travel experience.

In 2022 October, a boutique hotel in Pelling opened its doors, offering a serene place for travelers.

In April 2023, the second boutique property in Darjeeling, located in Ghum, opened its doors, adding to the charm of the area.

In May 2023, a property in Lachen became the 7th property, providing a unique and intimate experience for our guests.

In June 2023, a property in Kalimpong opened, enriching our guests’ experiences with the beauty of the region.

While the Lachun property was initially scheduled to launch in October, due to Sikkim flood, it was launched in March 2024. As beautiful as snow this property became a home away from home.

In May 2024, we proudly introduced our most premium property, Queen Hills Resort and Spa in Mirik, as the 10th gem of Mount Hotels, providing an exclusive and luxurious experience for our guests.

Moving towards new heights, the 11th property of mount hotels is opening in Kurseong in October 2024.

Success doesn’t comes easy but it’s the people that makes our hard work worth it, featuring 350 keys spread across north Bengal and Sikkim, adding 200 keys within a span of 24 months, offering a warm and welcoming stay for our guests, mount hotels became a leading chain of hotels in north Bengal and Sikkim.

Recognizing the evolving needs of our guests, Mount Hotels is also venturing into villas, and we are excited to announce that the first villa will be opening soon in Mirik, providing a tranquil and unique accommodation option for our guests.

Our Journey Started 10 Years Back and we started With 1 hotel Mount Embassy and then We were going strong and we launched 3 hotels Back to back and then the covid hit and the hospitality industry was badly affected by it.Then Again we fought back After the Pandamic and today I am proud to launch My 9th
hotel In Lachung (North Sikkim)
Mount Bayul sangri-la Resort And 4th in Sikkim and with this we complete our full Circuit of North Bengal And Sikkim Covering All The Important Tourist Destination’s across this Region...My Gratitude to my team and well wishers for alwys supporting us in our this journey.
