Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Caretaker cm Housekeeping Staff to manage and maintain multiple homestay properties within Trivandrum city limits.
Responsibilities
* Assisting guests during check-in and check-out
* Cleaning and maintaining properties according to company standards
* Ensuring all rooms and common areas are neat, hygienic, and guest-ready
* Reporting maintenance issues and coordinating with management
* Providing support to guests when required
Working Hours
* Regular working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including occasional late check-outs or early check-ins based on guest requirements
Requirements
* Own two-wheeler with valid driving license
* Familiarity with Trivandrum city routes
* Basic communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage)
* Honest, punctual, and responsible
* Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or property management is preferred but not mandatory
Compensation
* Starting salary: ₹15,000 per month
* Petrol allowance provided
* Grocery allowance and performance incentives based on work ethics and efficiency
