Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Shriram Sharma, the owner of *Hotel Shriram Ujjain*, located near Dewas Gate, Railway Station, Malipura Road, Ujjain, would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding a serious issue of fraudulent activity that is damaging both our business reputation and customers’ trust.
A fake website, www.hotelshriramujjain.in, has been created, falsely using the name of my property, which closely resembles our official website, www.hotelshriramujjain.com. This fraudulent website, in addition to fake contact numbers (7970019716, 6001415603), is being used to deceive customers by engaging in fake bookings and requesting advance payments. This scam is a clear act of phishing, intended to cheat the public under the guise of hospitality services. Several customers have already fallen victim to this deception, making advance payments and being defrauded.
This is a serious matter, as not only are unsuspecting customers being cheated, but the fraudulent activities are also causing reputational harm to my business. Therefore, I kindly request you to take immediate action to block this fake website and take appropriate measures against the individuals behind this malicious activity. By doing so, you will prevent further phishing attempts and protect the public from being scammed.
I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and take prompt steps to bring the perpetrators to justice.
