The white marble monument is a perfect representation of sheer magnificence that entices its visitors and leaves them awestruck. The idea of the monument was conceptualized by Lord George Curzon, 1st Marquess Curzon of Kedleston and Viceroy of India as a ‘stately’ memorial for deceased Queen Victoria, the first Empress of British India.

Not being able to travel during covid has made us all see how much we love to travel.
So we visited Mahendragiri again and we noticed that last time we were here in november the peak was clean without a trace of plastic or garbage. Now construction of roads has led to an increase in ease of tourism.
Surely, it opens scope for economical growth but we could imagine how it would affect the serenity of this place in the future and it is not good.
This is our initiative as tourism professionals to conserve the purity and serenity of these destinations we love so much.
