Accordingly, we have a full fledge training department comprised of carefully selected training executives under a senior training officer (manpower organization).Through, training is a continuous ongoing process for the manpower yet we have devised a comprehensive 3(three) tier training schedule as mentioned below:-
BASIC INDUCTION TRAINING

ON THE JOB TRAINING
Once a guard is posted on site, regular job specific & customized training capsules throughout highly motivated & efficient training staff, ensure that our human resources are more than adequately equipped to meet the customer’s expectation printed site specific manual, enumerating site specific duties and tasks is prepared in consultation with the client and by our training staff. It is kept /hanging on the site/post alongside the guard. A daily reading and strict compliance of the same ensure almost faultless service at the post/site.
REFRASHER TRAINING
After three month tenure, each Manpower is made to pass through a refresher training course at the training office of the company. This training is spread over a period of days where the manpower is refreshed/revised with important training and job specific aspects. The manpower is there after again tested extensively for assimilation of the same.
INFRASTRUCTURE
We are adequately with infrastructure facilities such as round of the clock control room at our office and complete field staff equipped with communication facilities like walky talky/mobile set. Our field staff remains well equipped to assist any client in case the need arises.
