My daughter took us to Genki Ya before our concert last night. We started with vegetarian miso soup that was so cozy and savory. We moved on to 4 different vegetarian rolls. My favorite was the Dragon roll with tempura mushrooms. We finished the meal with tempura red bean ice cream. It was divine! Great service, a nice atmosphere, and delicious food to start our amazing evening!

Travel isn't currently in my budget, so I've been learning to knit. Right now, I'm working on a blanket. It's dreary outside. We really need rain here in my area though, so I'm happy for the wet day.

Have you driven in a country that requires a vignette? We hadn't until Bulgaria, and driving past the signs was a little confusing since our rental car company didn't tell us anything about tolls. I was really nervous since we didn't have one or know if we should have gotten one... I'm guessing it was included since we never got fined 😅

We are working on the next video which takes us towards Plovdiv, and we pass our first vignette sign.
