Canadian Island in Tuscany Summer Camp Canadian Island is a leader in English-language residential summer camps in Tuscany, Italy, offering weekly overnight camp experience to children all over.

The best way to experience the Italian culture? To live it! Give your kids the opportunity to live an unforgettable experience in a safe and supportive family environment. Our firsthand experience shows us that campers easily adapt to living in a new country and thrive on challenges, so long as they feel relaxed and at home. The teachers / campers ratio is 1 to 6. The campers are divided into grou

ps by age and all the activities are carried out in small groups to ensure maximum assistance to all. Small groups division mean our instructors can focus on leading challenging and engaging classes while camp counsellors care for overall wellbeing. Tuscany was and is a region famous for its contribution to the arts (from Renaissance artists like Michelanglo and Botticelli to writers such as Dante or modern cinema favourites in the form of Roberto Benigni). Our campers take part in language classes, excursions to historical sites and world-famous museums, art and theatre workshops, field trips to local farms or beaches and traditional Italian cooking workshops. They also have the chance to mix with local Italian students at camp, helping to improve language acquisition and increase cultural awareness.
