🇺🇸 🇮🇹 🫂 No words can truly express the joy and satisfaction of reconnecting this beautiful family.

It all started with a diary filled with a mother’s memories, photos of a trip, and the strong desire to find those people again… along with an old story about a farm in Le Marche.

It was a long and challenging genealogical research that lasted several months, but in the end the results were incredibly rewarding. Eugene’s eyes showed all his gratitude as he finally returned to his Italian roots.

The reunion with his long-lost Italian family was deeply emotional. He was welcomed with love, warmth, and pure joy.

This is an Italian emigration story deeply connected to the local history of our region and in particular of the city of Fano — a story worth telling because it keeps alive the spirit and memory of a farming community and its people.

We will share the full story of this incredible community in the next few days… we are still recovering from the joy and emotions of such a special reunion ❤️

We close this journey with the most emotional story of all!
In the final episode of "Le Marche through their eyes", we travel to Arquata del Tronto, a town deeply marked by the 2016 earthquake, but rich in strength, memory, and hope.💚

Through the eyes of Dominick, an Italo-American with strong Italian roots, we discover a powerful story of return. A return to the land of his ancestors, to a place that has suffered, yet continues to rebuild with dignity and courage.

This episode is not just about a destination, but about identity, belonging, and love for a region that leaves a mark on everyone who truly sees it.

Ten video interviews, more than fifteen foreigners in love with Le Marche — and we end this year with a story that speaks straight to the heart.
