Casa Rosa si trova a Patresi, frazione del Comune di Marciana, sul versante occidentale dell'Isola d'Elba anche conosciuto come "Costa del Sole".
La casa si sviluppa su due piani, con 8 posti letto (4 letti singoli e 2 matrimoniali), 2 bagni completi, una cucina attrezzata con vista panoramica mozzafiato e una doccia esterna. Il terrazzo e le verande aprono su un meraviglioso bosco che avvolge la proprietà in un silenzio raro.
Il mare è raggiungibile in soli 3 minuti a piedi percorrendo un sentiero tra gli alberi. La spiaggia di Patresi è una delle più selvagge e meno affollate dell'isola, con fondali cristallini apprezzati da snorkeler e sub.

Casa Rosa sits in Patresi, a small hamlet in the municipality of Marciana, on the wild western coast of Elba Island, which is known locally as the "Costa del Sole" (Coast of the Sun).
The house spans two floors, sleeping up to 8 guests across 4 single beds and 2 double beds, with 2 full bathrooms, an equipped kitchen with a sweeping panoramic view and an external shower. The terrace and veranda-style openings look out onto untouched forest where days are quiet in a way that's hard to find anywhere else.
The sea is a 3-minute walk away along a forest path. Patresi beach is one of Elba's least crowded spots, with crystal-clear water and rich seabeds loved by snorkelers and divers.
