A RIB62 boat tour is always an incredible experience.
The other day, I had a lovely tour with a group of Italian tourists along 's cliffs, surrounded by a thick fog that created such a mystic atmosphere and revealed the amazing surroundings to us a little at a time.

Above our heads, the towering cliffs disappeared into the fog, and only by getting closer could we spot the hundreds of birds nesting side by side on multiple levels, like in a flat complex with hundreds of floors.

Even though I have seen these places many times, I always feel a deep admiration for their majesty and amazement at seeing thousands of birds able to nest in such extreme conditions on vertical rock walls.

And then there were them, hundreds of here and there, making this tour even more beautiful!

Summer, summer, summer! ☀️
The last few weeks were such an excellent gift for residents and tourists.
While guiding in Mykines, I was often joking, acting like we were in Mykonos 😆
Today, the weather changed drastically, and according to the forecasts, we'll experience the ordinary shi**y weather for some days 🥹

Summer has been in full swing here in the Faroe Islands for several days. Clear skies, hot sun, a few fog banks and a calm ocean. The sun is so intense that, after all my daily guided tours in Mykines, my skin is super tanned and begging for a break!

My joy for these beautiful days immersed in a lush nature does not make me forget the horrors we have been witnessing for too long, and for which we Europeans are also responsible.
Humanity must prevail: Peace and Justice for Palestine!

In a world where I'm more and more disgusted by human cruelty, I am growing increasingly respectful and appreciative of nature's beauty.
And so, years later, I still marvel and thrill at seeing the Faroese coast repopulate with life as summer approaches.
It is truly amazing how these birds can nest in such extreme environments and limited space.
Soon, along these coasts, despite the brutality of the storms, we will see eggs and then chicks hatching and growing. By August, these little creatures will be ready to face the cold waters of the Atlantic to begin their adventure.

Sornfelli is one of the most popular places in the southern Streymoy to watch sunsets.
When weather conditions allow for lovely sunsets, dozens of people, including many young people, drive along the winding, foggy mountain road towards Sornfelli, about 700 meters above sea level.

Spring has arrived full force with beautiful, bright days and great atmospheres.
A significant absentee this month is the strong wind, and I'm not disappointed at all.

My plans for last Saturday night changed suddenly when a beautiful appeared in the sky.
The activity was so intense that I could see the flowing like a river in flood, changing shape quickly, appearing here and there continuously.
The other people and I observed the sky silently as if we didn't want to disturb the show.
Sometimes, the aurora was so bright that it was almost unreal!
It lasted for hours, and when it was about 2am, I was cold and tired, so I gave up and went home very satisfied.
