Another wonderful place we explored in Ireland. Roscommon Castle is a spectacular ruin surrounded by a beautiful park with an adorable island and a children's playground. It was wheelchair accessible and it is free. Combine this with lunch in the nearby village or a picnic in the park and you will have a wonderful day out for very little money.

If you're visiting Ireland you need to visit the Guiness Storehouse. It's an amusement park for Guinness lovers! Dynamic displays and tasting experiences. Several excellent restaurants and tge view from the Gravity Bar is unmatched.

Took a walk to the village yesterday. For such a small spot, they have lots of historical markers and hiking suggestions.

Spent the morning exploring our first time in this beautiful city with an ancient story. I'll definitely return to explore every winding street. We finished by stopping at a tiny roadside restaurant where the food was simple and delicious with a large outside patio along the water.
