🍕 Pizza Night at Casa Alta! 🍕
Dreaming of making an authentic Neapolitan pizza surrounded by the Tuscan hills of Val d’Orcia?

At Casa Alta, you can use our wood-fired oven to make it happen! Here’s the recipe we follow (inspired by )

Ingredients for the dough:
• 1 liter of water
• 1.6-1.7 kg of type 00 flour
• 50 g of salt
• 3 g of fresh yeast

Method:
1️⃣ Mix water and yeast, gradually add the flour, then the salt. Knead until smooth.
2️⃣ Let the dough rise for 8 hours, then form 250 g balls and let them rest for another 2-4 hours.
3️⃣ Stretch the dough, add your toppings, and bake in the oven at 450-500 °C for 90 seconds.

Imagine the aroma and authentic taste of a pizza made with your own hands surrounded by the rolling hills of Tuscany! 🍅🧀
