During our Bread & Pizza Making Team Building, the all-female Aloschi Bros staff and Antonella Aloschi from Management kneaded not only water and flour, but also ideas, dialogue, and a strong sense of teamwork.
It was a moment to reconnect, celebrate collaboration, and remember that sustainability also starts here, by sharing and creating together.

The Ancient Appian Way, the Regina Viarum (Queen of Roads), is the oldest Roman consular road.

First built in 312 BC, it stretched for 195 km to Capua before being extended over the centuries to Brindisi. With more than 2,300 years of history, it was only in 2024 that it gained recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The most authentic section, a 12 km stretch, still preserves the original basalt paving stones, lined with funerary monuments and archaeological remains.

Walking here means stepping on the very stones where Romans once walked 23 centuries ago, in the same place where, according to legend, St. Peter had his vision of Christ, a timeless journey through history.
