Set on top of a hill in Tuscany in the Incisa Valdarno Palazzolo neighborhood. We have a lovely view you can enjoy from the house, patio and a garden.

We are in the heart of wine country with several vineyards nearby. We have more than a dozen castles nearby. We are close to the fashion outlets.

We are about a half hour from Florence by car or train. Boboli gardens, the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Accademia Gallery (home of David), and some of the best restaurants in the world are in Firenze!

Easily take a day trip to the beaches, Cinque Terre, Pisa etc. Can easily take a train to Rome for the day and other regions.

Within a pleasant drive of Chianti, Bologna and Siena.....and so much more!
